As is trendy, my goal was to write some witty job posting that would certainly entice a near-endless stream of pro-developer applicants. I really tried, but I’m just not feeling it today. Maybe it’s the weather. Maybe I didn’t get enough potassium. Regardless, you reap the benefit of a straight-forward advert. No haiku, pseudo-code, or dated pop culture references. Just a job description. And here it is:

Carney+Co. is hiring. We’re looking for a senior (5+ years of professional experience) developer with a hunger to code. Send me a fancy cover letter, an even fancier resume, and a portfolio of some kind (Github user name, collection of urls, tasty cupcakes, etc.) detailing your favorite and best work.
